Hello! My name is Destiny, I'm the creative mind behind My Destiny L.L.C. I’m a self-taught abstract artist, and my work is all about expressing the emotions I feel, the things I’ve seen, and the places I’ve been. 

Through my art, I aim to not only express my personal experiences but also inspire others to reflect on their own stories and emotions. My work engages with current events and history, shedding light on important social issues or honoring significant moments from the past. Each piece is a means to provoke thought, spark emotions, and challenge perceptions, all while inspiring conversations and encouraging action for a better future. It’s a beautiful mix of color, texture, and energy that reflects my journey both as an artist and as a person.

The heart of my process is emotion. Every stroke, color, and texture reflects something I’m feeling whether it’s inspired by a moment in history, a conversation with a friend, or a quiet moment alone. I draw from my surroundings, the people in my life, and the thoughts I’m working through. Sometimes my art is a direct response to my emotions; other times, it’s a visual representation of how I’m processing them. I let the materials guide me, using vibrant colors, patterns, and a variety of mediums. I’m constantly exploring new techniques, combining my experience with collaging and painting while also teaching myself fresh methods to advance my art. 

Art isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a way to express feelings that words can’t capture. I believe in the power of art to heal, inspire, and spark change. My art is a reflection of my personal journey, continuously evolving in style and expression inviting you to embrace the unexpected.
