Thank you for your purchase with My Destiny L.L.C. I take great pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order art prints, and want to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Please review my shipping policy below:

• All prints are made to order. Once your order is placed, we will begin processing and producing your print. Please note that prints will be shipped after 10-14 days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each print meets our quality standards. If there are any urgent inquires please feel free to reach out to me personally. 
• Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and your location. Rates are determined by the size, weight of the print, and destination.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
• If your print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at myllcdestiny@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If the item is damaged, please provide a photo of the damage and your order number for our reference.
